We don't need all the answers before we begin. We do need a willingness to explore and ask questions. I believe curiosity is there asking us to pay attention to what truly matters even when we don't quite know what it is yet.
Sometimes curiosity takes us somewhere completely new.
Sometimes we discover something about ourselves, other people or the way we experience the world.
Sometimes it helps us see something familiar differently.
Either way, it continually surprises!

CURIOSITY WAS THE INVITATION

Being intentional with our attention doesn't always change our circumstances, but it may change the way we experience them.

WE Also Begin To Notice Everything We FEEL and Experience In BeTween.

Whether I am painting a landscape, creating an abstract, filling a sketch book, writing something or pondering a question, everything is connected. Each creation informs the next. Nothing is created in isolation, because neither are we.
​
My work is an invitation to slow down, pay attention and reconnect with ourselves, with one another and with the beautifully complex world we share.
​
My hope is that you notice something within yourself or in the world around you that you hadn't seen before, but perhaps had been there all along.
