Whether I am painting a landscape, creating an abstract, filling a sketch book, writing something or pondering a question, everything is connected. Each creation informs the next. Nothing is created in isolation, because neither are we.

My work is an invitation to slow down, pay attention and reconnect with ourselves, with one another and with the beautifully complex world we share.

My hope is that you notice something within yourself or in the world around you that you hadn't seen before, but perhaps had been there all along.
